• Shell Creek Publishing – Shell Creek Publishing is a small business that publishes and promotes books authored by John and Tamara Harpster. John’s writing focuses on old style detective stories, satire, and technical topics.  Tamara writes blog articles on technical topics, business practices and general life events.  In addition, Tamara provides support for technical manual projects for Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and provides small business mentoring and help to select clients. Ark +Energy has been one of her select clients for support and help during the startup phase of the company.
